The Yoga Trilogy: 3 Asana Workshops
Join Michelle Varchione & Beth Crivelli for this educational and inspiring Yoga Trilogy 3 part course this Summer 2018. In these workshops you will be exploring the general anatomy and biomechanics of each category of asana (pose) by breaking down and covering foundational elements. You will understand the key elements from category to practice safely and mindfully.
We will offer modifications/ variations as well as demystifying some beliefs around the poses. The philosophy behind these workshops is to understand how our own individual bodies move so that we use yoga to explore our bodies rather than making our bodies fit a stereotyped image. We will be covering topic where You’ll learn to feel the pose and sensations that are healthy and those that are not. These workshops are suited to anyone practicing any kind of yoga and are not tied to a specific type of yoga.
Upon completion you should feel like you have better understanding on how to approach and tailor your practice to your unique body and persona. These workshops will offer you a great insight into deepening your knowledge of yoga and are a great stepping stone for our teacher training.
£25 for each workshop or £60 for all 3.
