Our Classes

Join the Kula community and you will experience the amazing benefits of Bikram Hot Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin & Nidra, Meditation, Kids Yoga, I.Flo, Dynamic Body and our brand new high energy flow class, Kula Sculpt! Classes are open to all levels and abilities from beginners to seasoned practitioners.

Please ensure you are 5 minutes early before class to guarantee your spot. We ask people to arrive early in order to maximise their class experience, to ensure their safety and comply with regulation.

What to expect: We practice the original form of hot yoga, based on the Bikram series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Suitable for all levels, classes are either 90 mins or 60 mins and are taught in a room heated to approximately 42°C. Hot yoga systematically works your every muscle, tendon, joint, ligament, organ and gland. It also moves oxygenated blood to the cells of your body.

By the end of the class, you’ll feel rejuvenated, re-energized and ready to take on the challenges of the day ahead!



Vinyasa Group

What to expect: An open-level class where students coordinate breath and movement to flow from one posture to the next. This dynamic and strengthening class will guarantee you sweat and leave you feeling energised.




What to expect: A slow and more passive class designed to encourage flexibility in the hips and lower body. Postures are held for longer periods to target deep into the connective tissue. For ultimate deep relaxation, Nidra (meaning yogic sleep) will offer you the chance to fully unwind both mind and body.




What to expect: A progressive bodyweight conditioning method devised by Baris Yazar. He will take you through a series of rhythmic movements inspired by Capoeira for a fun and informal class aimed at strengthening the whole body, particularly the upper body and core.

What to expect: Explore form, Expand Function

Dynamic Body is a complete body workout, the classes condition the body by drawing on techniques and principles from Letitia’s training as a professional dancer and experience in both Bikram and Vinyasa Yoga styles. Letitia designs her classes to strengthen, lengthen and increase range of movement in the entire body. Expect to work your core muscles, increase upper body strength and build strength and stability in the lower body. The class will culminate with deep stretches to encourage the body to open and release any lasting tension.




What to expect: High energy flow class. Upbeat music. A fusion of yoga inspired movements with free weights. Focusing on body alignment. 60 minute workout. (Free weights will be provided in class.)
