What is Kula Sculpt?
High energy flow class. Upbeat music. A fusion of yoga inspired movements with free weights. Focusing on body alignment. 60 minute workout. Inspiration from Californian Fitness & Yoga Instructor Katie B Happyy who will be teaching the opening classes at Kula! (Free weights will be provided in class.)

People who enjoy yoga and are looking for a full body strengthening workout in a fun group class.

The launch of these classes takes place on Saturday 20th May at 4.30pm – 5.30pm and Sunday 21st May at 4.30pm – 5.30pm. The Sunday class will be replacing the 4.30pm Bikram class which will be moved to 6pm.
