What to expect: i.Flo is a Capoeira inspired progressive bodyweight conditioning method developed by Baris in 2011 to aid practitioners in various movement methods who were struggling with co-ordination, flexibility and upper body strength.
In this class Baris will take you through a series of rhythmic movements for a fun and informal class aimed at strengthening the whole body, particularly the upper body and core.
