Hot yoga

Hot yoga systematically works your every muscle, tendon, joint, ligament, organ and gland. It also moves oxygenated blood to the cells of your body. We practise the original form of hot yoga, based on the Bikram series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. We perform it over 90 or 60 minutes in a room, heated to approximately 42°C.

By the end of the class, you’ll feel rejuvenated, relaxed and ready to take on the challenges of another day.

Why is the room heated?

Because it facilitates deeper stretching, prevents injury and relieves tension. It promotes detoxification of the body, flushing toxins, and leaving you with a deep sense of relaxation and well being.

Our custom-built studio

With its lofty, high ceilings and modern technology, our brand new, architecturally designed facility in Clapham Junction is the perfect space for practice. It features:

  • the latest heating and humidity technology to ensure the air is always fully oxygenated
  • a large chill-out area where you can relax before and after class
  • 12 modern showers
  • Plenty of changing space
  • Manduka PRO series yoga mats.

These mats are designed to last a lifetime. And they’re manufactured through a process that doesn’t release toxic emissions into the atmosphere.
