A General Iyengar Yoga Workshop Focusing on Alignment with Khaled Kendsi

Join the amazing Khaled Kendsi for this brand new Iyengar Yoga workshop!
This Kula workshop is an opportunity to develop your practice with an intensive focus on alignment on the general level asanas and an introduction to some intermediate poses.
Khaled will start by looking at standing poses in detail, allowing you to experience directionality of shape and alignment. He will then introduce some intermediate poses including inversions. With the use of props to support the body this will allow you to experience the postures safely.
This Iyengar yoga workshop is open to all, but if you’re menstruating you will not be able to take part in the inverted or twist postures. If you have an injury or medical condition, please contact the teacher or the studio for guidance.
