Beginners Workshop with Marylou McDonnell
First Sunday of every month at 1.45pm – 3.15pm
Are you on your intro offer and want an opportunity to learn more about Bikram Yoga, enhance your practice and get some Kula tips? This is the perfect workshop for getting individual corrections on your postures and to also observe demonstrations of posture by the amazing Marylou.
Attending this workshop will improve your yoga practise so much. You will learn how to reach the next stage of a posture. This workshop is free if you are on your intro offer. Please call the studio if this applies to you. Alternatively, it is £20 to drop in.
