We have a broad range of fantastic health and wellbeing workshops for you to get stuck into this year to help supplement your yoga and movement class practice in Kula Yoga & Wellbeing. If you are part of a Kula subscription practise you receive 10% off each of these workshops! For those of you want to learn more about Bikram Yoga we have an amazing Beginners Workshop that takes place the first Sunday of every month at 1.45pm – 3.15pm.
