The Role
To implement Kula’s Administration, Operations and Community Building strategy in an efficient way. Moreover, to continuously contribute with ideas to improve systems efficiency and to maximize customer experience.
Some of your responsibilities will be:
Staff Training & Monitoring.
Kula’s Systems Implementation – Ensure all strategic administration and operations logistics are efficiently implemented. E.g: Front Desk Operation, Yoga Room Logistics, etc.
Consistent Excellent Customer Experience – High engagement with clients to get on going feedback on their experience.
Consistent Excellent Team Experience where all team members feel nurtured and supported. Reporting of own and team KPI’s to Studio Director.
Sales – implementing and developing sales systems to increase customer acquisition and retention.
Workshops Calendar Management
Organising Reception Rotas, Holiday Calendar, Payroll Reports, Teachers Covers, etc.
Studio Database Administration – Mind Body Online

Documentation – Updating Process and Procedures documentation (Operation Manuals, Flow charts, checklists, etc|).
Sub-contractors – Management of Cleaners, Maintenance, System Engineers, Helping Hands, etc.
Contract Management – agreements for clients, teachers, therapists, etc.
Studio Environment – maintain a highly enjoyable studio environment in client and team-only areas.
Invoice Management and Book Keeping.

About You – Some of the required attributes:
Management Experience (3 years +):
Managing a Team (ideally in the wellness industry).
Skills in training and mentoring.
Delivering excellent customer experience at a high- end business.
Managing multiple stakeholders including external suppliers.
Highly organized with the ability of keeping the facility consistently tidy.
Proficient in putting together documentation to support Processes and Procedures.
Love for Yoga and Wellbeing.
Approachable and Inspiring Leader.
Adaptable to a demanding changing environment.
Patience when dealing with non-clear information, emergency covers and complex rotas.
Drive to perform at the highest standard.
Degree in relevant area is desirable
IT Skills in Word, Excel and Power point.

Our Helping Hand sponsors commit to at least ten hours per month supporting our studio. They do things like help us with marketing, IT and PR. Or they lend a hand setting up before and after classes. In return they get to practise any yoga classes free of charge.

We require some people to help out during the day and also in the evening so if you feel like you have the time and can commit to supporting the Kula team then we would love you to get involved!
You will need to check the class timetable to see when classes are on as we will need you in the studio when these classes are taking place.
