Welcome to Kula Yoga & Wellbeing! We are are a bespoke state of the art studio that fuses the power of yoga and movement classes with holistic therapies, giving you a complete wellness package to benefit both body and mind. Our classes include Bikram, Hot Yoga, Vinyasa, I.Flo, Yin, Nidra, Dynamic Body, and our brand new high energy flow class called Kula Sculpt! We hold a broad range of fun and educational workshops in the studio including a beginners Bikram workshop which takes place every month, and free if you are on the intro offer or a monthly subscription package. Kula is a space where you can disconnect from the daily grind, where you can reconnect with the real you, and fine-tune your body while strengthening your mind.
